1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our hair transformation service:
- Content you actively provide: Selfies you upload for hair transformation, looks you save to your in-app gallery, account registration details (if you choose to create an account), and feedback or support requests you send to us.
- Service usage data: Your preferred hair colors, hairstyle selections, intensity adjustment settings, before/after comparison preferences, and share actions you take within the app, all to help us optimize your experience and improve our AI model accuracy.
- Device information: Basic device type, operating system version, app version, and crash logs to help us fix technical issues and ensure the service runs smoothly on your phone.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver our core service: Process your uploaded selfies to generate the AI hair transformation previews you request, including before/after comparison tools and gallery saving features.
- To improve our service: Analyze usage patterns of hairstyle and color preferences to expand our style library, optimize AI rendering quality, and add new features that match user demand.

3. Your Image Data Special Handling Terms
We understand that your personal photos are highly sensitive, and we have implemented special protections for all image data:
- Original selfies you upload are temporarily stored on our secure servers for a maximum of 72 hours solely to process your hair transformation request, and are automatically and permanently deleted after processing is complete, unless you explicitly choose to save the original photo to your private in-app cloud gallery.
- We will never use your original selfies or unshared transformation results to train our public AI models, unless you provide explicit separate consent for us to do so.
- Transformation results you save to your private gallery are end-to-end encrypted, and only you can access these files unless you choose to share them with third parties.
- Any content you share directly to social media or other third-party platforms from our app is governed by the privacy policy of the platform you share to, and we have no control over how those third parties handle your shared content.
- You may permanently delete all images and transformation results stored in your account at any time, and all deleted data is irrecoverable immediately after deletion.
